Our Tour Guide will meet us at the airport, along with our Private Touring Coach. Once gathered we will travel North to Loch Ness and Urquart Castle for a leisurely visit.

Wed. September 15, 2021
After breakfast, we will visit
The Findhorn Community, the largest intentional spiritual community in Britain and learn about how they work in co-creation with Nature Spirits.
In the afternoon, we will tour Culloden Battlefield, and the nearby sacred site of Clava Cairns.

ISLE OF LEWIS
Thu. September 16, 2021
After breakfast, we will take a short morning walk to the Rosemarkie Fairy Pools, before heading to the Coast. We will have our lunch and visit Inverewe Gardens and Corrieshalloch Gorge. Then on to Ullapool, where we catch our late afternoon ferry to Stornoway, on the Isle of Lewis.

After breakfast in our 1800's castle, we will head to the Callanish Standing Stones to meet up with special guide, Margaret Curtis. Margaret, a well-known expert, has been living near and studying the Stones for over 30 years.

ISLE OF SKYE

After Breakfast, we will take a morning tour of the
Clan Donald Centre in Armadale before we
board our Ferry in Tarbert to travel to the Isle of Skye.
After sightseeing to the Kilt Rock and Old Man of Storr, and others we make our way to our hotel.

Today we will tour Dunvegan Castle & Gardens. Home to the clan MacLeod for 800 years, this is the oldest continuously inhabited castle in Scotland.
The afternoon takes us on an adventure to the magical
Fairy Glen, and the chance to climb to the enchanted Castle Ewen. We will leave an offering to Spirits of Place.

With the energy of the coming Equinox, we journey to the Fairy Pools, at the foot of the Black Cuillin Mountains near Glenbrittle. The walk has been labeled medium difficulty and takes about 20 minutes to the first waterfall. The pool areas are about 10 minutes beyond that. Once all there we will engage in some Forest Therapy invitations.

JACOBITE STEAM TRAIN EXCURSION

This morning we catch our Ferry in Armdale and travel to the charming port city of Mallaig. From there we will board the Harry Potter famous Jacobite Steam Train, passing through areas of great scenic beauty including travel alongside Loch Eil, and the Glenfinnan Viaduct. We end our journey in the city of Ft. William.

Departure to Oban, for the ferry to Craignure on the Isle of Mull.
We visit the Kilmore Church, home to the famous stained glass window of Jesus and Mary Magdalene.

TROSSACHS NATIONAL PARK TO GLASGOW

Ferry from Fishnish on the Isle of Mull to Oban. Stop at Kilchurn Castle, one of the most photographed castles in Scotland. Travel along beautiful Loch Lamond and through the Trossachs National Park to Glenco on our journey back to Glasgow.

Terms and Conditions
Tour booking fee
A booking fee of $500 US dollars per person is required to secure your reservation for this tour, of which $250 US dollars is non-refundable and non-transferrable. The entire $500 fee becomes fully non-refundable and non-transferrable 120 days prior to the tour date.
Solo travelers
Prices are based on double occupancy. Please secure your own roommate. There are some single rooms available for the Scotland Adventure at an additional rate of $1,100.
Balance of payment
We require the balance of payment for your booked trip no later than 90 days prior to the tour date to confirm your booking.
Late bookings
Bookings made less than 90 days before the tour date will only be confirmed if full payment is received or by special arrangement.
Insurance
Participants are highly advised to take out a travel insurance package to adequately cover unforeseen circumstances. The policy should cover personal accident and sickness, accidental loss of baggage and money, loss of booking fee, payment or cancellation fees.
Exclusions
The tour(s) does not include airfares, passport or visa fees, taxes, travel and health insurance, telephone expenses, excess baggage charges and services not listed in the final itinerary and all items of a personal nature.
Booking refund policy
If it is necessary to cancel your tour booking the following refund schedule applies:-

Up to 120 days prior to the tour date: refund of 50% of booking fee plus 85% of balance payments received.

119 - 90 days prior to the tour date: booking fee forfeit, 50% refund of balance payments received.

89 - 30 days prior to tour date: booking fee forfeit, 20% refund of balance payments received.

Less than 30 days: no refund available.
Tour cancellation policy
Nature Travel Adventures reserves the right to cancel any tour in which case no liability shall fall upon Nature Travel Adventures. In this instance, participants' payments will be refunded in full. No refund will be issued to those failing to join their tour, nor for accommodation or any services not utilized, nor for a partially completed tour. Nature Travel Adventures also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at its own discretion.
Loss or damage
Nature Travel Adventures does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your luggage or personal property, nor for any loss, damage, delay, illness, fatality or other injury suffered. Baggage and personal effects are at the participant's risk at all times.
Injury or illness
Participants agree that in the case of injury or illness Nature Travel Adventures can, at a cost to the participant, typically through their travel insurance company, arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation service, as Nature Travel Adventures deem essential for the participant's safety.
Changes to itineraries
Nature Travel Adventures reserves the right to amend or vary the itinerary or other services nominated in the tour brochure should circumstances warrant that such changes would be in the best interest of participants or any other operational reason.
Exchange rates and taxes
To reflect significant fluctuations in exchange rates or the imposition of new government taxes that impact the cost of providing its services, Nature Travel Adventures reserves the right to adjust prices as may be necessary from time to time. However, once a reservation has been confirmed, the price remains unchanged for the current season.
Independent suppliers
Nature Travel Adventures shall be in no part held liable for any acts, omissions, failures, or defaults on part of the persons or companies who at the request of Nature Travel Adventures provide transport, accommodation or similar services or facilities. Also, Nature Travel Adventures does not own or manage any transportation vehicles, hotels, or restaurants or any other supplier thereof.
Liability
By accepting these terms you agree that neither Nature Travel Adventures nor any representative shall be liable or under any obligation for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services of directly or indirectly resulting from any circumstances beyond its/their control including, but not limited to, breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delay, hijacking, act or threat of war (whether declared or not), riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, discharge dispersal, release or escape of pollutants, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, sickness, bad weather, technical or transportation problems, closure of stations or airports, cancellations or changes of schedules by railways, air or bus lines or any other circumstances beyond Nature Travel Adventures control amounting to Act of God.
